What is Arztbrief.ai?
Arztbrief.ai is an AI-powered solution for medical documentation. Dictations and recorded conversations become fully formatted medical letters, surgical reports, findings and expert opinions – including a check for accuracy, for example the correct spelling of medication. This saves up to 95% of the time. Available as an app for iOS and Android and in the browser.
How secure is my data?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Arztbrief.ai is GDPR-compliant and prepared for the EU AI Act. We do not train models on your dictations.
How exactly is patients’ personal data processed?
During transcription, personal details in the audio files are automatically anonymised and pseudonymised. Your dictations and documents are stored encrypted in your data region so that you can work with them. Audio can be discarded automatically after transcription; you can delete individual dictations or your entire account at any time.
Where is my data processed?
In two data regions: the EU with servers in Germany (Frankfurt) and Switzerland with servers in Zurich. Users in Switzerland are assigned to the Swiss region. Profile and content data stay in their region.
Can I integrate Arztbrief.ai into my system?
